6. Term and Termination

Ongoing Obligation: This Agreement remains in effect indefinitely regarding your confidentiality and intellectual property obligations.
Post-Termination: Upon termination of your relationship with Perspicuum Immersive or upon written request, you must immediately return or destroy all Confidential Information and Intellectual Property in your possession.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wisconsin.

8. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By accessing or using Perspicuum Immersive, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing or using our website.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Perspicuum Immersive regarding the subject matter herein, superseding all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

10. Amendments and Severability

Modifications: No modifications to this Agreement are valid unless issued in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Perspicuum Immersive.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
